What does a space say about what you do?
Taper & Fade are refined, no-fuss barbers. They needed a refined, no-fuss barbershop.
Taper & Fade take their time; they are precise; they are thorough; they do an amazing job. This was the same approach we took to the design of their barbershop.
Taper & Fade are essentialists; everything in their space needed to be essential.
Walls and floors to stripped back to their natural states; polished concrete and exposed brick. An existing pressed metal ceiling was preserved and restored. Seats, mirrors and shelves, in themselves became the ornament for the space. After all, the work is art for Taper & Fade.
