Meet Rocky.
An architecturally designed house from 1975, Rocky was quite ahead of his time. He is undergoing a huge facelift which, while harnessing the existing character of the house, will turn it into a contemporary family home for his new owners.
On Ground Floor, some clever structural gymnastics in the existing roof allow us to carefully open up the space for more light and functionality.
On Lower Ground Floor, an existing Family Room, once used for various family events, gets a new lease of life as a dark, moody bar for its new hospitality-based owners. This bar is set to run all night long.
