Meet Rocky.
The colossal 70s brown brick house stood as a monolith on a sloping street in Bulleen.
A fun game of structural gymnastics opened up and unlocked the existing floor plate to create new living spaces for a modern family.
Small changes to the external included new windows and doors, a bit of render and a new balustrade, to lean into and rejuvenate the existing, under-appreciated brick facade.
