We are Pepper & Well

Pepper & Well is an Architecture and Interiors studio headed by Andy Dal Pozzo and Laura Frazzetto, a husband and wife team and passionate architect and designers from Melbourne, Australia.

We want our projects to get built, so we set parameters early in the project and design with keen processes.
We believe there is beauty in the simple and practical if you allow the time to achieve it.

With all of our projects, we strive for designs that are resolved and elegant, inspired by tradition with contemporary outcomes, with an underlying accent that is personal and unique.

We want to get the best designer out of our clients, so we seek out their ideas and work with them. We believe this is what makes a truly timeless building.

The Founders

This is Laura.

A wannabe architect for as long as she could remember, Laura began her architecture degree before being drawn to a career in nursing. Years later, her story comes around full circle, taking on the integral role as Studio Manager at Pepper & Well.

Laura brings structure and order to the studio, as well as a welcome air of empathy and understanding to each project and client individually.

This is Andy.

He’ll also ensure the journey is a whole lot of fun!

With years of experience at some of Melbourne’s leading firms, Andy lives by process and dies by meaningful design. He gives his all and will make your space happen.
